Booking

SC Coastal Cottage is available for monthly stays, 30 days or more. The property is ideal for extended stay vacations, temporary housing for insurance claims or remodels, or family relocations. 

 

Rates

Monthly rates fluctuate according to season and length of stay. Rent includes all utilities, including Wi-Fi, water & sewer, gas, electric, trash, and landscaping. Dogs may be considered on a case by case basis. Discounted rates may apply for stays of 6 months or more where guest pays utilities. 

 

Deposit and Fees

Deposit is equivalent to half of the first month's rent and is refundable following a move-out walk through. Cleaning fee is $250 per month. Pet fee is a $500 one-time fee. Deposit, fees and first month's rent are due upon booking.
